The Science Behind Reflex Actions
Reflex Arc:
- Stimulus: Visual signal detected by retina
- Sensory neurons: Carry signal to brain
- Processing: Brain interprets signal and decides response
- Motor neurons: Carry response signal to muscles
- Response: Finger muscles click the target
Typical Reaction Times:
